Vintage Used OEM Honda CB400 A CM400 A CM450 A Hondamatic Kick Start Lever Pedal Arm 28300-417-000. This was removed from a zero-mile bike that Honda donated to a local technical school for educational purposes. This item has light scratches, light marks, and some surface corrosion (pictured). The rubber foot rest is soft and shows little to no sign of deterioration.
