Vintage Used OEM Honda 1978-81 CM400 A 1982-83 CM450 A Change Relay 38320-417-008. This was removed from a zero-mile bike that Honda donated to a local technical school for educational purposes. This is being sold AS IS AS SHOWN WITH THE WHITE PLASTIC CLIP BROKE OFF AND THE MOUNT HOLES OF THE RUBBER HAVE TEARS. Also this part has some slight discoloring and the sheath is very pliable.
