Vintage Used OEM Honda CA72 CA77 CB77 CL77 Cam Chain Tensioner 14500-268-020. This has some discoloring, wear marks and has some areas of surface corrosion. This part was removed form a CL77 with engine serial#1058108. This part is used from Engine Serial#1039331.
