Vintage Used OEM Honda 1978 CT90 Trail 90 Triple Tree Steering Stem Yellow 53200-102-000 XB. This is for the left & right fork legs as shown in the photos. These parts have some wear marks causing some areas of finish loss and have some areas of surface corrosion/discoloring. One of these has a gouge.
